Nice recipe. I like the shape of the potatoes - quite unusual for a chicken dish. :) Gotta try it.

Reading this makes me miss our family dinners together. My family of 8 (six kids and parents) really only get together on the holidays for meals. With two of the kids away in another state and the others busy with school and work, family dinners are of the past. We all talk about trying to get together more often (ones who are close by) and hopefully it will happen. It's sad with the rat race that live in.
Love the white wine in you dish!. I'll probably have to have 3 cups. One for the dish, two for me to drink while I'm cooking!

Yum, sounds great! It reminds me of pollo a la brasa here but they are not baked together. I bet you are getting sooooo excited!!!! Happy Packing!

That chicken dinner looks good. A family dinner and a quiet evening sounds perfect.

It's nice to be in a place where evenings are spent with family; here we all have our own things to do, with everyone racing around. A slightly slower life, with a wonderful roast chicken, sounds pretty darned good!
